Welcome to our community!

We're living in a really unique time. More than ever, it's crucial to stay connected to a community. We are social animals and we need each other to stay mentally and physically healthy. It's time to be creative: while we may not be able to see each other in person, we can reach out with our hearts, minds, and incredible technology to find new ways to be together and to support one another.

Regular practices to maintain mental health are going to be our best tools for sustained well-being. I use a combination of daily movement and meditation techniques to stay mentally well, and I teach all of these to my students. With this online library, you get to choose which ones work best for you, and you can do it on your own schedule.

Physically, we are wired to move. Your body evolved to run, squat, hang, crawl, stretch, work, and move! When we are under stress, our physiology creates a demand for extra energy discharge. You've heard of fight-or-flight: that adrenaline rush we receive is given to us so that we can run from a predator or fight for our lives. We can learn to discharge that energy when it arises so it doesn't get "stuck" in the body, creating health challenges and making us sick.

We need to remember how strong and durable we are. Your body, heart and mind are incredibly powerful. No matter what you have been told, you have the inner resources to handle everything that comes along. You don't need a special body or even a special mood. This is a great time to train, no matter where you are! We can learn to cultivate our strength, mobilize our bodies, connect to our intuitive wisdom, and develop strategies for greater resilience to overcome the obstacles in our life.

This online library features accessible and inclusive yoga, mobility, strength, self-inquiry and meditation practices to meet all of these needs. This is a place where self-acceptance and creative expression are invited; we encourage individual exploration and creative expression. There's no wrong way to move: you'll learn to reconnect to your own embodied experience so that you feel empowered to find your own optimal alignment in any given moment.

I'm offering access to this growing library of practices in three tiers so that you can choose the price that works best for your budget and intention. All three libraries include the same content, but you can "pay what you want" by choosing the Base Rate ($10/month), Supporter Rate ($20/month), or Patron Rate ($30/month). We want these practices to be accessible. You're encouraged to pay what you can; paying more if you're able helps us to maintain our business and community, and we couldn't keep going without that support.
